Cue the "Bad Blood" references: Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, and their mutual ex-bf John Mayer all showed up to Drake's 30th birthday party and, surprisingly, no one got hurt.
Swift and Perry have been infamously feuding for a few years now since the latter allegedly tried to "sabotage" Swift's tour by stealing some of her backup dancers, E! News reported.
Though none of us would be able to put up with this kind of drama for this long (who has the time, honestly?) it seems like Swift and Perry's spat is still going strong — and the presence of Mayer, whom both female singers once dated, didn't help one bit. An unnamed source who also attended Drake's party on Sunday told Page Six, "The tension was so thick, you could cut it with a knife."
"They were put on opposite sides of the room and didn’t even look at each other," the source continued. "Taylor came through the front door with Karlie Kloss and the Haim sisters while Perry entered through the back with a gang of friends, who were inappropriately dressed for the formal affair. Katy and John chatted, but Taylor avoided both of them."
Instead, T-Swift reportedly had her eyes set on the birthday boy, the source said, who recently ended his fling with Rihanna.
"The only person (Drake) spent more time with other than his mom was Taylor," the insider told Page Six.
Though both Drake and Swift's reps declined to comment, we're sure she'll address their meetup in a song or two on her next album.
